Steven Nelson, qui possède et dirige l'entreprise, devrait avoir honte de son comportement. J'encourage toute entreprise envisageant des agents de transfert d'actions à chercher ailleurs.

J'ai dû appeler pour obtenir de l'aide pour remplir un formulaire et la dame au téléphone était si peu intéressée à aider et soupirait à chaque question que j'avais comme si je l'ennuyais. La deuxième fois que j'ai appelé, c'était pour certains formulaires fiscaux que j'avais reçus. J'ai pensé que j'appellerais pour obtenir des éclaircissements et on m'a dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas m'aider et que j'avais besoin de contacter un comptable fiscaliste. Même si je comprends qu'ils ne peuvent pas fournir de conseils fiscaux, ils ne pouvaient pas me donner la possibilité de demander sur quoi portaient les formulaires qu'ils m'ont envoyés. J'aimerais ne pas avoir à traiter avec cette entreprise.

Maintenant, le plus gros problème est résolu. J'attends une réponse par e-mail de l'administrateur de l'entreprise à mon e-mail de demande pour mettre à jour l'adresse e-mail de ma mère incorrecte dans le fichier.
