Cette entreprise a fait mes impôts pour moi grâce à un programme. Je leur ai envoyé toutes mes informations, mais ils l'ont déposée en français. Je leur ai répondu et ils l'ont corrigé presque immédiatement. Ensuite, j'ai reçu mes documents de l'ARC et ils sont également entièrement en français et je suis incapable de lire la plupart d'entre eux.

J'ai contacté l'entreprise par e-mail et je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse. Je suis maintenant en attente depuis plus d'une heure avec l'ARC pour essayer de corriger la situation afin de pouvoir gérer avec précision mes impôts.

J'ai contacté Crowe Soberman après avoir trouvé un article informatif sur les nouvelles règles de changement d'utilisation pour la résidence principale. Comme mon scénario est un peu compliqué, je voulais que cela soit géré par un professionnel. On m'a offert un rendez-vous dans la semaine et j'ai rencontré l'un des comptables CS pour examiner les détails et élaborer un plan d'action. Le comptable semblait compétent et aimable. Ils allaient commencer à y travailler le jour ouvrable suivant. Je devais m'attendre à un e-mail avec des instructions de cryptage pour les documents et un montant pour l'acompte.
Malheureusement, l'e-mail n'est jamais arrivé et je n'ai rien entendu de leur part. J'ai envoyé un e-mail de suivi à la fin de la semaine. Pas de réponses. Deux semaines se sont écoulées. Je les ai appelés directement et on m'a rapidement dit qu'ils me recontacteraient dans 3 jours ouvrables et qu'ils ne m'avaient pas oublié. Bien. Cela fait maintenant deux semaines et demie supplémentaires et je n'ai toujours rien entendu, donc à ce stade, je chercherai un autre comptable dans une autre entreprise. Extrêmement déçu.
