La direction est très désireuse de blâmer les autres et de couper les coins ronds. Mon immeuble est en pire état que lorsque nous l'avons acheté il y a dix-huit ans. Ils donnent un bon pitch mais avec mon expérience je peux affirmer que je n'oublierai jamais cette expérience. La prochaine fois, je ne manquerai pas d'examiner plus en détail qui j'embauche. Après avoir parlé avec d'autres entreprises de la région, j'ai appris depuis qu'elles avaient entendu les mêmes problèmes ou avaient fait l'expérience de nombreux services qui n'étaient pas satisfaits.
