Je ne leur aurais pas donné d'étoiles si j'avais pu. Il y a environ un mois, alors qu'il faisait la queue au terminal de LAX International devant Norwegian Airlines, une employée de Aviation Safeguards a laissé des personnes (je crois qu'elle connaissait les gens qui discutaient pendant 10 minutes avant de couper en ligne) sauter devant un groupe. d'autres en ligne. C'était une file d'attente lente, au moins 40 à 50 personnes attendaient. Quand j'ai demandé pourquoi elle avait fait ça, sa réponse a été "Ouais, ouais, vous monterez tous dans l'avion, quel est le problème" et elle a ri. C'était après que j'ai été agressé verbalement par l'un des passagers qu'elle a laissé entrer. La femme a dit qu'elle n'aimait pas la façon dont je la regardais (?) Et a juré et insulté mon mari et moi. L'employé de Aviation Safeguards est juste resté là et a regardé le tout et a ri. J'ai demandé son nom et son numéro de badge, mais elle a refusé, ce qui est contraire aux règles. J'ai écrit à Aviation Safeguards mais aucune réponse. Entreprise totalement irresponsable, impolie et employés incompétents et non fonctionnels.

Groupe de travailleurs grossier et inutile. J'ai interrompu 3 femmes en train de bavarder à une heure aussi chargée aujourd'hui (jeudi 31 mai à 8h20). J'avais besoin d'aide avec 6 grands sacs et j'ai demandé s'il y avait quelqu'un qui pouvait m'aider à les charger puisque j'étais seul. Ils m'ont l'air sale quand je leur ai demandé parce qu'ils étaient en train de parler. Ils m'ont également donné de fausses informations et m'ont dit qu'il n'y avait personne pour m'aider et qu'Alaska Airlines n'a plus d'aide Bag. Eh bien, c'est incorrect parce que lorsque j'ai demandé à un MAN d'Alaska Airlines, il m'a immédiatement dirigé vers la personne qui pourrait m'aider. Ce ne sont que des ouvriers DISGRUNTLED, Jalous et probablement ILLÉGAUX.
