Cet endroit était absolument la pire chose qui aurait pu arriver à ma mère ... et elle a traversé beaucoup de choses dans sa vie! Nous étions là pour des soins infirmiers qualifiés et de la physiothérapie. Elle était là 5 jours et ils l'ont fait marcher UNE FOIS. après cela, elle s'est assise dans un fauteuil roulant ... devenant plus faible. Finalement, la vie s'est envolée vers Austin en raison du manque de soin de son régime sans sodium. Jusqu'à présent, nous l'avons été. à Austin pendant 2 semaines et il n'y a pas de fin en vue. Ne laissez pas cela arriver à votre bien-aimé!

Crasseux et dégoûtant, sentait toujours l'urine dans le hall 4. J'avais vécu la salle à manger avec ma mère car la puanteur d'urine était écrasante! Ma mère avait une légère toux et était faible. Il a fallu 2 jours à l'infirmière pour l'examiner. J'ai appelé un jour et on m'a dit qu'elle allait très bien! Se rouler dans son fauteuil roulant. J'ai observé les soins et c'est pourquoi je n'ai pratiquement jamais manqué une journée de visite. Un jour où j'ai appelé, j'ai demandé à parler à ma mère. J'ai été déconnecté une fois, j'ai rappelé et ma mère ne pouvait pas me parler! Je suis monté dans ma voiture et à mon arrivée, ils lui ont donné du sirop contre la toux. Elle était visiblement très malade alors finalement sa température a été prise. J'ai demandé à l'infirmière d'en faire une et j'ai dit qu'elle avait une pneumonie, mais elle avait été active et forte la veille mais je vais la veille ???? Ils voulaient la soigner là-bas et il n'y avait aucun moyen! Je lui ai demandé d'aller à Detar et l'infirmière responsable la nuit a été très impolie avec moi. Je lui ai dit qu'elle allait à DeTar. Tout en la nettoyant parce qu'un autre hôpital verrait à quel point les résidents sont sales qui ne peuvent pas se soigner, j'ai parlé à plusieurs aides et à une infirmière. Ils étaient très bouleversés et tous deux ont dit qu'il n'y avait pas de communication entre les quarts de travail. Je suppose que cela facilite les choses quand ils peuvent utiliser l'excuse que je ne connaissais pas! Je les ai entendus tant de fois! J'ai suggéré des moyens de communiquer car je ne sais pas comment le faire!
Ma mère est morte d'une pneumonie, c'était une mort douloureuse et angoissante. C'était une mort qui n'aurait pas dû arriver. Je suppose que c est un patient de moins qu ils peuvent ignorer parce que c est ce que j ai vu dans le couloir 4. Faites le moins possible et agissez toujours comme si vous ne saviez rien!
J'ai perdu mon meilleur ami et mon seul parent. Ma mère a toujours souri et a toujours dit s'il vous plaît et merci. Je suis désolé pour les résidents qui ne sont pas enregistrés quotidiennement.
J'ai mis ici dans cet établissement parce qu'il n'y avait pas d'ouvertures à Victoria. Je ne laisserais pas mon chien rester toute la nuit à cet endroit! Et le vol qui continue, horrible. Je ne peux même pas y aller.
Je veux juste aller rendre visite à ma mère plus que n'importe quoi au monde, mais je ne peux pas, je ne peux jamais la voir et c'est tellement faux !!!

Pas le meilleur. Vous devez toujours garder les yeux ouverts et vous assurer qu'ils parlent de votre vie.
La literie n'est pas toujours propre, il faut leur dire de changer la literie. Parfois, ils oublient d'amener mon père à la salle à manger pour manger et il s'en va sans manger. Et il y a eu des moments où ils oublient qu'il est toujours dans la salle à manger alors il reste assis là jusqu'à ce que quelqu'un le ramène dans sa chambre.
C'est aussi très puant.
Je sais qu'ils peuvent faire mieux.
Il semble que lorsque vous apportez des choses
à leur attention. Ils ont une excuse.
Alors je ne l'achète pas.
