Les médecins vont bien, mais laissez-moi vous dire que le personnel de leur centre d'appels est impoli, non professionnel et illettré. Surtout Esther, qui prétend être le MANAGER. Elle a même osé me raccrocher le téléphone aujourd'hui.
Permettez-moi de dire que je suis diabétique et que j'ai été obligée d'aller à la clinique aujourd'hui (au milieu d'une pandémie) pour qu'ils puissent approuver mes médicaments et à la fin de la journée, ils ne les ont pas appelés du tout, alors ici Je suis coincé sans médicaments jusqu'à leur réouverture lundi! Je connais! C'est fou! Ils feraient mieux de prier pour que je ne tombe pas malade parce que je ne prends pas mon insuline à cause de leur négligence! Se sentir sans aide et en colère
