J'ai envoyé une plainte de produit par e-mail le 8 décembre dernier, ils ont immédiatement appelé pour discuter du problème et le QM m'a dit que le produit serait récupéré le vendredi pour les tests du produit .. donc je m'attendais à ce que la collecte soit le 11.

J'ai envoyé un e-mail de suivi, aucune réponse n'a été reçue de leur part.
Le courrier n'a pu récupérer que le 18 décembre. C'est la dernière chose que j'ai pu communiquer avec eux.
Aucun commentaire et aucun remplacement de produit donné.
Service client très médiocre !!!
