J'ai vu cette orthopédie il y a environ 4 mois concernant une terrible douleur au genou. Il a pris des rayons X et m'a dit que rien n'allait mal et s'est extrêmement concentré sur mon excès de poids et d'essayer de subir une chirurgie de révision de pontage gastrique. Je lui ai dit que quelque chose n'allait pas mais il a refusé d'écouter. Je suis allé voir un médecin spécialisé dans la gestion de la douleur qui a ordonné une IRM et a découvert que j'avais un ménisque déchiré parmi d'autres blessures au genou. Je suis ensuite allé chercher un deuxième avis orthopédique d'un médecin affilié à NYU Langone à New York et on m'a dit que j'avais besoin d'au moins une arthroplastie partielle du genou. J'ai l'impression d'avoir perdu mon temps avec le Dr Bernstein, sa femme est sympathique mais parle beaucoup trop. Très insatisfait et ne reviendra pas.

Il y a plusieurs mois, j'ai emmené mon fils de 18 ans voir le Dr Bernstein et la semaine dernière, j'ai emmené mon père de 86 ans. C'est un excellent médecin, un auditeur attentif, très minutieux et patient, et je me sens très confiant dans ses conseils. Excellent personnel aussi. Le seul point négatif est le temps d'attente; nous avons attendu environ une heure pour être vus. Cependant, une fois que nous sommes sortis de la zone d'attente, notre expérience a été très bonne.
