Sauté à travers leurs cerceaux (de postuler, de lettres de couverture et de suivi, d'interviews, de passer leurs tests, etc. Enfin entendu des mois et des mois plus tard après avoir trouvé un autre / meilleur emploi. Au moins, ayez la décence de revenir avec quelqu'un ... et pas six mois plus tard. Si vous ne souhaitez pas embaucher de candidat d'ici quelques semaines, ne diffusez pas l'annonce. Les gens ne chercheront plus d'emploi dans six mois. Au moins les bons ne le sont pas.
