Délicieuse nourriture végétarienne et végétalienne! Je peux être un mangeur difficile, mais cet endroit me fait toujours essayer de nouveaux aliments. Ambiance amusante où vous pouvez travailler, si vous le souhaitez. Le personnel est incroyable aussi.

Les entreprises / coopératives étudiantes sont une opportunité incroyable et enrichissante. Earthfoods est l'un de mes préférés à UMass situé dans l'Union des étudiants juste à côté du marché populaire. Ils servent des déjeuners chauds et frais abordables à tout le monde. Leur spécialité se concentre sur les plats végétariens et végétaliens. Tous les employés sont des étudiants de premier cycle et vous pouvez dire qu'ils sont passionnés par leur entreprise en tant que cogestionnaire. Je suis d'accord avec l'autre critique, car il s'agit d'étudiants dirigés avec des conseils limités de l'Université, la présentation et la préparation peuvent parfois être un peu bâclées. Ils sont capables d'accepter les swipes YCMP, ce qui est idéal pour les étudiants qui sont aspirés à acheter le plan de repas (trop cher) du campus. Autant les utiliser, non?

Chaque semaine, ils publient le «menu» sur l'un de leurs médias sociaux et ils ont certainement des favoris cultes qui semblent s'épuiser avant leur heure de fermeture de 15 heures. Certains de mes préférés sont leurs mac & squash, lasagnes, cupcakes à la lavande, bien sûr le riz classique, les haricots et le chou frisé. J'ai présenté cet endroit à plusieurs de mes amis et la plupart d'entre eux l'ont apprécié, à l'exception d'un qui n'aime tout simplement pas les plats végétariens en général. C'est certainement l'un des aspects du premier cycle qui me manquera le plus.

Les employés sont formidables et ils se soucient plus de nourrir les gens que de gagner de l'argent.
