J'ai juste pensé placer ma contribution parce que j'ai eu une expérience plutôt mitigée dans cette école .3 étoiles car à part deux personnes, cette école est remarquable et la plupart des membres du personnel sont formidables qui aiment à la fois Dieu et les enfants. Cependant, les deux étoiles minuses sont dues à l'un des enseignants de première année et au principe, mais principalement à l'enseignant de première année, car mon problème avec le principe est seulement qu'il n'a certainement pas une attitude toujours correcte des clients envers les parents payants et qu'il est très fidèle au personnel au point que même lorsqu'un membre du personnel se trompe complètement, il récupérera le personnel plutôt que de s'inquiéter de l'intérêt supérieur de votre enfant. Mais de toute façon, quand je suis allé parler avec le principe pour être honnête, je ne me suis pas senti entendu ni compris. Je sentais que son seul intérêt était de minimiser mes préoccupations et de défendre son employé. Maintenant, l'enseignant de première année et moi ne nous entendons pas parce que bien que mon fils soit un garçon très brillant et qu'il obtienne de bonnes notes et n'obtienne rien de moins qu'environ 92% et que son professeur fait un excellent travail en présentant le matériel, sa supervision les compétences manquent cruellement, tout cet argument se produit parce que je ne veux pas qu'elle soit assise pour lui donner un bébé pendant un travail scolaire, puis l'ignore pour le reste de la journée d'école, puis lui fait le ramener à la maison. Son travail consiste simplement à superviser comme cela est une école privée et le système est un peu différent. Elle devrait présenter les devoirs, enseigner aux enfants, puis les enfants vont dans des bureaux séparés et font le travail indépendamment et si un enfant a besoin d'un peu d'instruction supplémentaire, elle peut se tenir à côté d'eux pour les décomposer puis s'éloigner et superviser à distance dans la classe jusqu'à ce qu'un autre enfant lève la main maintenant mon fils rêve éveillé pendant la classe puis ramène le travail à la maison elle explique le travail, décompose-le pour lui si nécessaire, puis supervise-le simplement, ce qui signifie qu'il passe régulièrement à côté de lui, vérifie et s'assure qu'il travaille sans rêver. Tapotez-le joliment sur l'épaule de temps en temps et rappelez-lui de travailler. C'est littéralement tout ce que je demandais et elle a paniqué a laissé un long message grossier disant que "s'il ne peut pas se concentrer, il peut simplement passer une autre année en première année et c'est bien" (c'est seulement en septembre) que feriez-vous si vous avez un enfant avec une moyenne de 90% mais aime rêver et un enseignant prend l'attitude que plutôt que de simplement lui apprendre à se concentrer et à bien gérer son temps, elle préfère le retenir un an ..... juste pour être méchant.
