La société est trop concentrée sur l'apparence de la haute technologie avec un environnement de travail amusant qu'elle ne parvient pas à utiliser le vieux bon sens pour résoudre des problèmes évidents et simples. Le leadership à tous les niveaux n'est pas professionnel et n'a aucune idée des défis du monde du recrutement. Ils dépensent énormément de ressources sur les derniers outils technologiques et construisent leur propre ATS juste pour pouvoir maintenir ou obtenir des contrats, qu'ils puissent obtenir les résultats promis.
Que diriez-vous de dépenser plus de ressources pour essayer de comprendre ce que les candidats attendent d'une entreprise au lieu de bavarder en ligne sur la nourriture, les problèmes personnels ou les animaux de compagnie?
