Je suis client chez ERA depuis 12 ans avec la responsabilité civile de la discothèque, Era ne m'envoie jamais d'avis d'appel pour paiement ou de réception, le seul contact que j'ai avec eux est l'envoi d'une mise en demeure par courrier recommandé pour le paiement de cette assurance, cette année ils m'envoient cette lettre recommandée le 13 juillet, j'ai envoyé le chèque par courrier recommandé qui leur a été reçu le 11 août comme en témoigne l'accusé de réception qu'ils ont signé, j'avais jusqu'au 23 août pour l'envoyer, J'étais à l'heure, surprise, j'ai reçu une lettre en septembre me disant que je suis annulé, en attendant, bien sûr, ils ont encaissé le chèque en août, j'ai payé 1750 euros et ils m'ont résilié dès réception du paiement, de plus, nous avons est en fermeture administrative depuis le 14 mars pour Covid et la date d'expiration RC est le 1er avril
En plus ils n'ont rien à voir avec ça, c'est une arnaque de compagnie d'assurance à décourager vivement
