Je ne sais pas d'où viennent les autres critiques, mais notre expérience avec cette entreprise a été médiocre. Les temps de réponse étaient très lents. Nous n'avons généralement pas de réponse aux e-mails jusqu'à ce que nous ayons appelé. Les connaissances professionnelles font défaut. Nous avons dû modifier nos déclarations de revenus deux fois en raison de leurs erreurs, ce qui a fait des milliers de dollars de différence. Sécurité des données pathétiques - nous avons reçu une correspondance destinée à d'autres clients, y compris leur SSN; et ils ont juste eu une violation de données qui a révélé les détails critiques de leurs clients. Évitez si vous le pouvez.
