J'avais contacté Harmony pour lui proposer un partenariat avec mon magasin. Au début, elle était gentille. Je lui ai envoyé des échantillons de mon magasin, elle a dit qu'elle était intéressée et puis je n'ai plus entendu parler d'elle. Je lui ai demandé de me renvoyer mes échantillons, j'ai écrit à l'adresse e-mail de contact de cette entreprise, personne n'a répondu à mes messages. Je suis très très déçu par cette entreprise qui n'est pas du tout sérieuse. J'attends toujours mes échantillons d'une valeur de plus de 200 $ US!

Je travaillais avec un acheteur nommé Farrah qui m'a fait envoyer des échantillons de mes produits et ne les a jamais renvoyés, même après avoir discuté du fait que j'avais besoin d'échantillons retournés et que j'ai inclus les frais de retour payés. L'acheteur a répété à plusieurs reprises à quel point elle aimait mon produit, donc ce n'était pas grave à ce moment-là, car elle avait convenu que je deviendrais certainement un vendeur à la boutique de cadeaux alamo. Après avoir accepté les conditions et rempli une pile de papier, y compris l'envoi d'informations personnelles, l'acheteur a complètement arrêté de communiquer avec moi. en recevant les documents de EN et en les relisant, j'ai appris que je n'avais pas besoin de l'assurance et que je devais corriger l'acheteur sur les politiques que l'entreprise qu'elle travaille a établies pour les fournisseurs. Cela m'a presque coûté 140,00 $ pour annuler une police d'assurance dont je n'avais pas besoin en raison de l'incompétence de cet employé. Les termes utilisés par EN ne sont pas non plus favorables aux vendeurs.
