La façon dont ils traitent les gens est tout simplement terrible. Certains superviseurs sont des ghettos, d'autres racistes. Un gars s'est vanté d'avoir fait virer un vieil homme (vétéran). Terrible type de personnes.

J'ai récemment travaillé avec un employé d'EOG et je peux honnêtement dire que je n'ai jamais vu une entreprise contractuelle qui traitait ses employés aussi mal. Un des superviseurs a déposé un employé à un poste et n'est jamais revenu le voir. Pas d'eau, de déjeuner, etc. J'ai été pompier professionnel rémunéré pendant 27 ans et j'ai pris ma retraite en tant que commissaire des incendies hors de Californie. J'ai travaillé avec plusieurs sociétés contractuelles et je ne recommanderais EOG à personne.

Je suis passé de la sécurité armée à Houston, au Texas, à celle de Tuscaloosa, en Alabama et je ne sais pas par où commencer avec la terrible expérience que j'ai vécue avec cette entreprise. Je n'ai jamais vu d'employés aussi maltraités. J'ai travaillé quelques événements et je n'ai pas été autorisé à prendre des pauses. J'avais chaud, faim et étourdi. Ils m'ont dit que si je partais chercher quelque chose à manger, ils paieraient mon salaire. Je l'ai eu avec cette entreprise. Je n'ai rencontré que 3 superviseurs sympathiques pendant mon temps de travail avec l'entreprise. Les autres sont imprudents et impolis. Pacifically les noirs et je suis noir le chemin. Tous les employés que j'ai rencontrés, aucun d'entre eux n'était satisfait du travail, mais c'était tout ce qu'ils pouvaient obtenir ou trouver. Ma première semaine de travail, ne connaissant pas la politique de la veste ... J'ai dû rester sous la pluie pendant deux heures ..... Je me sentais dégradée de travailler pour cette entreprise ....... Je pourrais continuer et sur ..... mais je vous conseillerai simplement de ne pas travailler avec cette société à moins que ce ne soit ABSOLUMENT, TOTALEMENT sans aucun doute votre dernière option .. .si vous travaillez avec eux, demandez à être mis avec Jeff. .il est le meilleur

Oui, j'avais 18 ans quand j'ai commencé à travailler pour eux, je décide de travailler sur le jeu Alabama. Quand j'ai été embauché pour la première fois, c'était une décision horrible, puis j'ai été déplacé de portes en champs, c'était l'enfer. J'avais presque besoin d'une ambulance j'avais faim, je n'avais pas de déjeuner, rien à boire, ils ne me permettaient même pas de boire l'eau chère que j'avais à acheter sur le terrain que j'avais resté plusieurs fois debout sans interruption. Le soleil brûlant et chaleur. J'avais l'impression que j'allais m'évanouir ou avoir surchauffé. Ils sont très mauvais aux jeux albama. Ils ont un autre bureau à Starkville, Mme où je travaille et ils sont mieux, vous pouvez faire une pause, aller déjeuner et autres choses, mais ils ne sont tout simplement pas aussi mauvais que le groupe de Birmingham.

Terrible. La pire entreprise pour laquelle j'ai travaillé. Ne paie pas à temps.
