Je suis très déçu du service client. J'ai contacté le service client et parlé avec une preneuse de notes très professionnelle, Sarah, qui est chargée de noter votre préoccupation puis de la transmettre. Je n'ai toujours pas reçu de retour d'appel. Evergreen a changé ma compagnie d'électricité sans me consulter et a transmis toutes mes informations personnelles à cette compagnie sans ma permission. J'ai appris l'existence de cette cage par carte postale de la nouvelle société et elle a été envoyée le lendemain du jour où j'ai pu rejeter le changement. Attention, Evergreen a partagé mes informations personnelles à mon insu ou sans mon consentement et ne retournera pas mes appels téléphoniques.
