Mon mari et moi avons été vraiment impressionnés par ce bureau. Le personnel était incroyablement sympathique et professionnel. Le médecin nous a également accueillis dès que nous avons franchi la porte. Il semblait vraiment connaître son domaine. Je recommande vraiment cet ophtalmologiste et je reviendrai tant que nous vivrons à Washington.

J'écris très rarement des critiques. Pour commencer, j'ai eu une bonne expérience avec le Dr Butrus. J'ai récemment appris qu'ils ne prendraient plus mon assurance, je suis donc actuellement à la recherche d'un autre ophtalmologiste. Le problème que j'ai eu concerne son personnel de bureau. L'année dernière, ils ont facturé mon ancienne assurance pour une commande de contacts alors que je leur ai remis ma carte au début de la visite. Après avoir fait des allers-retours au cours de la semaine, j'ai abandonné et j'ai juste mangé les 200 $. Cette année, j'essaye depuis deux mois d'obtenir une copie de ma prescription de lunettes. J'y suis allé en personne un jour alors que je travaillais à la maison dans le quartier, mais comme le Dr Butrus n'était pas au bureau ce jour-là, je n'ai pas pu en recevoir de copie. Ils ont demandé un numéro de télécopieur, mais je n'en ai pas, alors ils ont dit qu'ils le posteraient. Je ne l'ai jamais reçu. J'ai rappelé quelques semaines plus tard et j'ai suivi le même processus. Puisque je travaille à Arlington, je ne peux pas m'arrêter pendant leurs heures de bureau. Il n'a encore été jamais envoyé par la poste. Je travaille de nouveau à la maison aujourd'hui et j'ai prévu de m'arrêter dans l'après-midi, mais j'ai pensé que j'appellerais à l'avance pour que ce soit prêt. On m'a dit qu'il lui faudrait trois jours pour rédiger une simple ordonnance. Ensuite, on m'a dit qu'il pourrait être prêt demain, mais cela n'aide pas parce que je serai à Arlington. Encore une fois, on m'a demandé quel était le numéro de fax et ils ont dit qu'ils ne l'envoyaient pas. J'abandonne. Je devrais trouver un nouvel ophtalmologiste même s'il prenait mon assurance.
