J'ai essayé de rester calme mais il m'a interrompu plusieurs fois pour dire «écoute ici» ou «comprends-tu» d'un ton très condescendant. Lorsque la conversation est devenue incontrôlable, il m'a raccroché. Lorsque nous avons rappelé pour parler à un superviseur, il nous a mis en attente indéfiniment. Nous avons dû raccrocher et rappeler, il a répondu et a finalement admis que le superviseur n'était pas au bureau. Il a continué à mentir sur son identité et a dit que ce n'était pas lui qui nous avait donné une attitude ou qui nous avait raccroché plus tôt, même s'il avait défendu ses actions précédentes dans la même conversation. Je suis contrarié et frustré que quelqu'un d'aussi peu professionnel et immature puisse être ma première expérience dans ce centre.
