Ce fut absolument la pire expérience que nous ayons jamais eue dans une institution de la mienne et de la vie de mon père. La communication du personnel infirmier avec moi sur ce qui se passait avec mon père était inexistante. (Il y avait quelques personnes utiles, telles que les thérapeutes et quelques infirmières de jour, mais elles étaient définitivement minoritaires et je me sentais désolée qu'elles travaillaient même dans un tel environnement.) Mon père, qui n'avait jamais été incontinent auparavant, le personnel lui a-t-il simplement dit de mettre son pantalon et de le nettoyer plus tard, simplement parce qu'ils ne voulaient pas gérer le temps qu'il fallait pour l'aider à aller aux toilettes. Ils ont également emporté tous ses vêtements pour rester confinés dans son lit. C'était dégradant et horrible, et mon pauvre père était tellement soulagé et a pleuré de joie quand j'ai finalement pu le faire libérer de cet endroit. Merci de ne pas laisser vos proches en être victimes.

Mon beau-père est maintenant dans cette installation abandonnée de Dieu. Ils ne répondront pas aux e-mails ou aux appels! Son téléphone a été volé! La prochaine étape d'appeler la police comme bureau à domicile à Birmingham est inutile. Pendant COVID, nous nous attendons à plus de communication car personne n'est autorisé dans cette installation!

Ils ont été très patients et efficaces, prenant très bien soin de ma mère car elle y est restée pour la physiothérapie après la chirurgie. La réunion de l'équipe avec le personnel à la fin de son séjour, qui a passé en revue ses besoins de soins à l'avenir, a été très impressionnante. Il était évident qu'ils avaient évalué à fond les besoins des mamans et mes préoccupations. Nous choisirons FHR à l'avenir en tant que soignants et thérapeutes élargis au fur et à mesure que le besoin se fera sentir.

Cet endroit ressemblait plus à un décor de cinéma pour un mouvement d'horreur qu'à un centre de désintoxication. Ils n'ont pas envoyé d'informations médicales après leur sortie et n'ont communiqué aucun plan de traitement. En gros, mon grand-père était assis là et hantait les couloirs avec toutes les autres personnes assez malheureuses pour y être enfermées. Si je pouvais vous montrer des photos, cela vous donnerait la chair de poule.

Je n'avais jamais été dans un centre de réadaptation jusqu'à présent et mon expérience depuis que je suis ici n'est pas très agréable. Les nettoyages des chambres sont horribles. Vous demandez à quelqu'un de venir dans votre chambre pour nettoyer quelque chose et personne ne s'en soucie, vous devez le faire vous-même. Les chambres pue. Ils ont beaucoup de confusion avec le médicament.
