Nous avons eu trois travailleurs de Families First au cours de notre expérience de près de 3 ans avec eux. Seul le 2e travailleur se souciait vraiment de travailler à la réunification de notre famille. Les deux autres feraient simplement ce que le DHS voulait et le DHS n'a jamais travaillé à la réunification. Les 1er et 3e travailleurs étaient tous les deux très impolis et condescendants envers nous. Je pense que les législateurs devraient regarder de près avant de renouveler tout contrat avec Families First.

Je travaille en tant qu'assistante administrative pour Families First depuis un peu plus de 7 ans maintenant. Je suis très fier de toutes les personnes avec qui je travaille, de celles qui travaillent avec les familles, les superviseurs et les personnes qui travaillent au bureau. Un travail d'équipe incroyable !!! Aider les familles est notre objectif numéro un et nous travaillons tous très fort pour maintenir cet objectif.

Mon expérience avec Families First Counselling Services a été excellente. Il s'agit d'une organisation bien gérée qui se soucie de ses clients et améliore la vie. Je n'hésiterais pas à recommander leurs services à quelqu'un dans le besoin.

Un employé est venu à la maison avec un employé du DHS pour me confronter à des choses que je n'ai jamais dites et dont ils n'avaient pas de preuve. Pourtant seul, quand j'ai posé des questions sur le calendrier de la visite hebdomadaire et mensuelle à notre maison, ils ont été impolis et n'ont pas aidé du tout. Ils m'ont menacé d'être traduit en justice au lieu de répondre à mes questions. Ma famille ne fait pas l'objet d'une enquête mais pourtant ils m'ont traité comme un criminel. Je n'ai jamais été impoli avec eux. Nous avons tous coopéré rapidement avec eux. Je ne savais pas que c'était mal d'exercer mes droits en posant des questions sur des préoccupations.
