Malheureusement, leurs services sont très mauvais pendant le verrouillage. Ils vous donnent d'abord une date de livraison prévue qui est le double de l'heure habituelle. Ne le faites que pour vous rendre à l'installation de tri de destination et vous n'obtiendrez aucune information. Rien. Et leur service client ici ne rien sur ce qui se passe. Ne peut vous aider avec aucune information. S'il vous plaît pendant le verrouillage veuillez utiliser DHL, j'attends toujours mon colis 3 semaines maintenant

Mon colis a été reçu et appelé le 22 juin 2020 et ils m'ont dit qu'ils y travaillaient, ils me recontacteraient .. J'ai ensuite été mis à jour le 6 juillet 2020
