Je viens de vivre une expérience très décevante avec ce vendeur sur Chrono24. J'ai passé une commande pour une montre Patek Philippe prétendument jamais portée, je l'ai payée en totalité et j'ai attendu que le vendeur m'envoie. Quelques jours plus tard, j'ai reçu un message du vendeur juste avant l'expédition, disant s'il vous plaît voir les nouvelles images de la montre ci-jointes, et me demandant de confirmer si je suis toujours heureux d'acheter la montre. De nouvelles photos Je me suis dit que c'était inhabituel, comme si les photos de la publicité originale n'étaient pas une véritable représentation de la montre. Quoi qu'il en soit, naturellement j'ai remis en question le but de cette nouvelle photo. Le vendeur a alors paniqué et annulé ma commande. J'ai ensuite dû attendre 10 jours supplémentaires pour récupérer mon argent. Avec le recul, je suis heureux de ne pas avoir acheté la montre car après avoir étudié la nouvelle photo du vendeur, il est évident que la montre n'était pas non portée comme indiqué dans la publicité, mais montrait clairement des signes d'utilisation, particulièrement évidents par l'usure du bracelet. Un autre facteur décevant est l'absence de remords ou même de simples excuses de la part du vendeur. Il essaiera probablement de se frayer un chemin pour s'en sortir et trouvera certainement quelque chose pour atténuer cela. Mais si j'étais vous, je réfléchirais sérieusement avant de traiter avec ce vendeur. Il existe des centaines de vendeurs honnêtes et réputés. Malheureusement, des vendeurs comme Ferret, qui par leur conduite, favorisent un sentiment de méfiance dans ce domaine et laissent un goût amer dans la bouche.

Le personnel était extrêmement serviable et attentionné et ils semblent avoir une grande connaissance des montres et des bijoux fins avec un atelier de réparation sur place - ce qui est assez rare. Je suis cliente depuis des années, mon père et ma grand-mère aussi! J'adore personnellement la sélection de marques qu'ils ont mais aussi leur propre création. Bonne chance
