Service horrible. Nous avons décidé d'inscrire ma fille à Figures Table View. Après quelques mois, elle a décidé de ne plus participer en raison de nombreux cours manqués et en raison de la consommation de temps car elle était en licence à ce moment-là (de septembre à novembre) et a demandé une annulation du contrat. Nous n'avions jamais reçu de copie du contrat que nous avions signé. Nous avions appelé, envoyé des messages et des e-mails en vain. Nous avions besoin d'annuler le contrat pour qu'ils puissent arrêter l'ordre de débit, qu'ils ont continué à déduire de mon compte malgré le fait que ma fille ne participe plus aux cours. Au départ, on nous a dit qu'il s'agissait d'un préavis de 30 jours pour l'annulation du contrat et ils ont promis d'envoyer le contrat après notre premier paiement, mais cela n'a jamais été reçu. Personne n'a répondu à nos plaintes jusqu'à bien plus tard et n'a reçu le contrat que des mois après avoir donné un avis de départ de Figures. Certainement un régime de gagner de l'argent. Ils nous prélèvent toujours de l'argent au moment où nous parlons malgré la demande d'annulation. Ma fille avait décidé à la dernière minute de se retirer de l'événement à venir avant de quitter les cours. Seulement pour découvrir après avoir regardé les photos qui ont été publiées que toutes les filles de sa classe (qui étaient toutes noires, colorées et elle était la seule fille indienne) n'avaient aucune photo d'elles sur les réseaux sociaux de l'entreprise et n'avaient également remporté aucune récompense. Un racisme subtil avait définitivement été montré car sa classe n'avait que des filles de couleur et était la dernière classe de la journée. Il est très triste de voir cela se produire alors que cela est censé être un lieu d'opportunités pour les jeunes filles et non un endroit pour les voler.
