Mon ami a acheté un lit à une entreprise qui a été achetée par Fusion Designs. Le lit a été fabriqué avec un défaut, certains trous de vis étaient très proches du bord d'un morceau de bois provoquant le fendillement du bois. Parce que le lit a été assemblé à l'origine par le détaillant, rien de tout cela n'a été découvert jusqu'à ce que nous déplacions le lit.
Le détaillant a fait faillite et le fabricant a été racheté par Fusion Designs qui hérite du passif de la société qu'ils ont achetée.
Fusion Designs a offert une réparation gratuite, mais pas sans que mon ami paie pour l'expédition dans les deux sens. L'expédition d'un pied de lit coûte environ 60 $ dans chaque sens.
Les meubles ont l'air bien sur le site Web mais ne vous attendez pas à un service client de bonne qualité.
