Terrible expérience. A été mal traité. Attitude donnée lorsqu'on lui pose des questions simples. A été crié dessus sans raison.

Un très grand merci de notre famille à la vôtre. Pour inclure l'ambulance, la police de sauvetage et les pompiers. Pour votre arrivée rapide et votre soutien pour que mon petit-fils et son ami reçoivent les soins médicaux dont ils avaient besoin, après avoir été heurtés par une voiture la semaine dernière. Heureux de vous faire savoir qu'ils vont très bien maintenant. Vous avez non seulement sauvé 2 vies, mais aussi une amitié. Beaucoup d'amour et que Dieu vous garde tous en sécurité.

Je tiens à remercier les ambulanciers paramédicaux, les pompiers et les ambulanciers.

Ma jambe gauche a cédé, une douleur atroce. Je l'ai fait à mon lit, ne sachant pas ce qui n'allait pas, j'étais au deuxième étage, c'était après la première série de marches dans la maison. Ces types m'ont transporté sur une civière 3 vols en ambulance. Ils ont fait très attention à ma sécurité et j'ai placé toute la confiance que j'avais en eux. Pour faire court, j'ai eu un glissement de L3-L4 et S-1. J'ai fini par avoir 2 chirurgies pour la réparation des disques glissés. Merci du fond du cœur.

Non professionnel et peu informatif. Vêtue de manière très imprudente, la femme portait des bottes sans lacets, alors elles s'affaissaient et cliquetaient en marchant. Lorsque le patient a demandé plus de soutien sur son dos, la femme a refusé de toucher le patient pour soutenir son dos. Le membre de la famille du patient devait soutenir le dos du patient. Le patient a demandé à un membre de sa famille de venir à l'hôpital avec lui. Les employés de l'ambulance n'ont jamais dit au patient ou à un membre de la famille que la famille ne serait pas autorisée à entrer à l'hôpital une fois arrivés. On a dit à un membre de la famille: "Vous ne pouvez pas entrer!" Lorsque le membre de la famille est arrivé à l'hôpital. L'employé de l'ambulance n'a pas essayé de réconforter le patient pour l'aider. Les employés d'ambulance ne se rendent même pas aux signes vitaux du patient à leur arrivée au domicile du patient.
