Cet endroit est vraiment dégoûtant. J'ai loué ici à l'université et mon expérience était tellement hors de propos inacceptable que je n'ai pas parlé de mon intention de poursuivre ou de contacter une entreprise une fois que mes sentiments se sont calmés. Cela fait des années et je suis toujours furieux.
J'ai eu un différend avec des colocataires là-bas qui nous a tous poussés à vouloir sortir. Finalement, deux colocataires ont décidé de sous-louer, ce qui était contraire au bail, mais j'étais pour ça tant que je pouvais rencontrer les gens à l'avance. Ce qui s'est réellement passé était illégal et abusif. Un jour, je rentre à la maison et deux inconnus sont dans la maison. Apparemment, ils ont signé un nouveau bail, avec mon nom dessus, qu'ils étaient maintenant les colocataires. Maintenant, ces nouveaux gens étaient des gens sympas, mais ce n'était pas normal qu'on leur ait donné une clé sans que j'en ai été averti. J'ai fini par découvrir que la gérante Melissa, avait fait exprès le contrat et ne m'a pas dit au cas où je dirais non. Quand je me suis plaint au bureau, ils se sont moqués de moi et ont dit "quel contrat?". Ils soutiennent qu'ils peuvent placer de nouveaux colocataires contre le consentement ou la notification de quelqu'un qui a signé un bail. Ils ont gardé les nouvelles filles là-bas même si j'ai refusé de signer le nouveau bail illégal. J'espère sincèrement avoir un jour l'occasion de les poursuivre pour leurs actes. C'est une activité dégoûtante de slumlord.
