La plupart des bonnes personnes ont quitté l'entreprise, les vice-présidents, les gestionnaires, l'ingénierie, les achats et de nombreux autres employés de bureau et d'usine qui étaient avec l'entreprise il y a de nombreuses années... . Même le président de l'entreprise a démissionné récemment !!!!!
Les propriétaires sont confus et ne savent pas quoi faire. Ils viennent tous les jours et semblent n'avoir aucun plan sérieux pour résoudre les problèmes, essayant simplement de protéger l'entreprise en utilisant différents recyclages, en poussant les opérateurs, ...
Il n'y a aucun respect pour les opérateurs, qui travaillent dans ce système difficile.
- Toutes les extrudeuses, scies et machines sont si vieilles et cassées
- Les gestionnaires crient et crient toujours sur les opérateurs
- Salaire minimum des opérateurs qualifiés
- Chutes super élevées
Défaillance du matériel au quotidien,
Trop de problèmes de qualité et de rejets...,
Toujours blâmer les opérateurs, paiement minimum. entreprise très dangereuse pour travailler.
