Assez bien, cependant, j'aurais aimé un meilleur dialogue avec l'employé qui avait obtenu le poste avant qu'il ne soit imprimé.
Il a à peine répondu, et avait juste commencé à le pousser avant qu'il ne soit approuvé à 100%. Super truc.
L'endroit en lui-même est agréable mais inconfortable pour entrer car il y a 20 personnes derrière chaque écran et n'offrent pas leur aide.
Je trouve scandaleux que lorsque quelqu'un vous appelle et vous demande de parler anglais, vous dites "Non, je ne parle pas anglais" et vous raccrochez le téléphone. Ce n'est pas une façon de parler à un client potentiel, et maintenant je comprends pourquoi vos concurents et une autre entreprise recommandent Lumaprint à votre place!
Si vous insistez pour avoir des clients, soyez un minimum poli et soyez compétent!
Avoir eu 2 épisodes gênants avec GTE découragez tous ceux qui demandent à faire leur impression ici.
La première fois, j'aurais aimé faire des petits caractères qui ne prendraient probablement pas longtemps, tous les fichiers étaient prêts, mais après avoir posé une question, je n'ai plus reçu de réponse. Aucune idée à ce jour pourquoi. Après quelques courriels de suivi, j'ai abandonné.
La deuxième fois, le choix du centre d'impression n'était pas le mien et GTE s'est chargé d'imprimer un projet scolaire pour nous. Malheureusement, l'impression n'a pas été à la hauteur des attentes, nous avons payé environ. 5 exemplaires de notre projet qui étaient d'env. 50 pages, mais la première fois que nous les avons ouvertes, la colle est remontée à l'arrière. Cela s'est produit sur toutes les copies et certaines pages se sont détachées. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'imprimer du neuf en raison de la date limite, nous avons donc simplement dû livrer ce que nous avions reçu. Bien sûr, nous avons contacté GTE avec notre mécontentement, mais on nous a largement dit que "vous en avez pour votre argent". Donc, chez GTE, il est normal de vendre quelque chose dont vous savez qu'il ne fonctionne pas.
L'impression des couleurs, etc., n'a pas échoué.
