Je donnerais à cette entreprise un zéro si je ne pouvais même pas une étoile. Nous avons fait du répit pour un enfant ayant des besoins spéciaux dont ils ont la charge. Il est un soin complet. Pompe d'alimentation G-tube, couche-culotte, aveugle, complètement désactivée. Nous avons fait du répit pour un enfant ayant des besoins spéciaux dont ils ont la charge. Nous avons eu l'enfant pendant une semaine, il est venu très sale et avait besoin d'un bain immédiat, ses ongles étaient très longs avec de la saleté en dessous, il est venu sans équipement sans certains médicaments, il est venu à la dernière minute même si des plans auraient pu être faits des mois auparavant. Il avait besoin de nouveaux vêtements car il est venu avec des chaussettes de taille adulte qui ne correspondaient même pas à ses vêtements à remplacer, nous avons acheté de nouveaux vêtements pour lui, nous avons pris soin de tous ses besoins, nous avons parlé à un thérapeute de l'équipement spécial pour lui et avons fait tout ce que nous pouvions pour communiquer notre déception dans son état et son traitement. Nous sommes maintenant plus de deux mois après le répit et nous venons de recevoir un chèque par la poste de 60 $ pour toute la semaine et un relevé disant qu'ils ne paieront pas plus de deux jours. Si on vous demande de faire du répit pour cette entreprise, sachez que votre cœur sera déchiré et votre portefeuille aussi. Très peu professionnel et irresponsable !!
