Hewlett-Packard Aguadilla Revoir

I had a mixed experience with Hewlett-Packard Aguadilla. On one hand, their customer service was excellent and they were very helpful in resolving my issue. On the other hand, their products are average at best and I've had a few issues with them in the past. Overall, I would say they are an average company.

J'ai acheté l'imprimante HP M404dw qui a commencé à avoir des problèmes après 9 mois. Ils envoient un remplacement mais ils n'honoreront pas une nouvelle garantie car ils m'envoient une imprimante remise à neuf !!! Je leur ai dit que la mienne était une nouvelle imprimante, donc je devrais avoir une "nouvelle" remplacement, que nulle part dans la garantie il est indiqué que le remplacement sera remis à neuf seulement que s'il ne peut pas être réparé, ils le remplaceront. Les remplacements signifient généralement remplacer par une valeur égale ou supérieure, pas moins .... Je leur ai dit avant de magasiner à nouveau pour du matériel que je considérerai tout cela et choisirai probablement de ne plus acheter HP et je parlerai de mon expérience aux autres. Leur réponse a été que je ne fais que suivre la politique, bla bla et je leur ai dit qu'ils feraient mieux de vérifier avec un superviseur, et bien sûr, le chat s'est mystérieusement déconnecté après ce SMH !!! Même lorsque mon cher aspirateur Shark a cessé de fonctionner, non seulement ils m'en ont envoyé un nouveau, mais ils m'en ont envoyé un plus récent, avec une nouvelle garantie. Cela m'a définitivement découragé d'acheter à nouveau HP !!!
