Peu déçu par HLS. Je suis allé louer un scooter pour mieux me déplacer pour mon #RSD / #CRPS. J'avais besoin du scooter pendant une semaine pour un voyage que nous faisons. Le coût d'une semaine était de 100 $, si je le ramenais un jour de retard, ce que j'allais faire, il allait à une autre semaine de location @ 100 $. La location d'un mois entier était de 225 $; J'ai donc été obligé de dépenser 125 $ de plus pour une journée "supplémentaire" d'utilisation parce que je n'avais pas calculé au prorata la location. Je pense que cela devrait être revu pour mieux servir un client qui a besoin d'un article médical pour les ADL (Activités de Dailiy Living). HLS était très sympathique et serviable. L'autre problème que j'ai eu était de ne jamais recevoir ma caution d'une paire de béquilles que je leur avais louée.

Expérience horrible en essayant d'obtenir un tire-lait! Le personnel dit qu'ils ont essayé d'appeler pour me faire savoir des informations ... n'ont jamais reçu un appel manqué ou un message vocal dudit numéro. J'ai attendu deux semaines pour mon tire-lait si nécessaire pour appeler et découvrir qu'ils n'ont même jamais soumis ma commande. Quand vous faites confiance au personnel pour qu'il s'occupe de quelque chose pour vous et que ce n'est pas fait, c'est exaspérant. Il m'a fallu deux minutes pour soumettre ma commande en ligne ... J'aurais été bien de savoir que c'était une option dès le début. Maintenant, attendez encore 7 à 10 jours. Et mon bébé a presque un mois. Pomper manuellement exclusivement pendant un mois est un cauchemar, merci pour rien HLS.

J'ai eu besoin d'eux à plusieurs reprises sur une période de 2 ans pour des problèmes de pied. Tout le monde a été extrêmement utile et solidaire!
