Si je pouvais donner 100 étoiles à Jeff et à son équipage, je le ferais. Nous avons une petite cabane familiale de 70 ans, construite en 3 étapes, qui était au bord de l'effondrement. Les entrepreneurs ont été appelés, le consensus général était qu'il ne fallait pas l'éviscérer, mais le démolir et le remplacer. Fondamentalement irréparable et un gaspillage d'argent. Jeff est venu acheter plusieurs fois pour explorer différentes options, le problème était que la plupart des membres de la famille voulaient qu'il soit sauvé pour des raisons sentimentales (il y a 6 générations), ET nous avions un budget extrêmement limité. Jeff a élaboré un plan et a décidé de tenter le coup. Non seulement il est arrivé à temps, prêt à emménager, mais il a dû faire face à de multiples défis au budget. La communication a été exceptionnelle tout au long, ce qui n'est pas facile car le fiduciaire est en Caroline du Nord, je suis en Géorgie et de nombreux membres de ma famille dans l'Illinois, l'Ohio, etc. Du retour des premiers appels téléphoniques aux appels téléphoniques hebdomadaires et parfois quotidiens, il a résolu tous les problèmes. Qualité ... encore une fois, incroyable !! Ils ont dû tout remplacer ... le toit, les chevrons, les parements, les murs, les fondations du vérin, les fenêtres, les portes, la plomberie, l'électricité, les plafonds, déplacer les murs intérieurs, régler les problèmes de moisissure et de pourriture. ET essayez de conserver la sensation originale de construction. Rien n'était de niveau, de niveau, d'équerre ou d'aplomb. Ils ont tout fait à la pelle. Peut frapper au plafond et sauter sur les planchers. Nous avons installé de nouveaux revêtements de sol, placards, placards, étagères, moulures, foyer électrique avec magnifique entourage en pierre, etc. Ils ont gardé autant de fonctionnalités originales et réutilisés par souci de sentiment. Aurait dû filmer le tout, aurait pu être Maine Cabin Builders dans le Wisconsin. Professionnel, convivial et un haut niveau d'intégrité. Si vous ne l'avez pas deviné, je le recommande vivement. Je souhaite seulement qu'ils construisent des tours Internet ici pour que je puisse publier des photos! Garanti qu'ils feraient un excellent travail dans ce domaine aussi.
