However, I have to say, the organization and communication could be better. Sometimes my lesson was rescheduled without much notice, and it was frustrating. Additionally, their website is not user-friendly and it was difficult to find important information. I also had some trouble reaching their customer service. However, once I did get in touch with them, they were polite and tried to assist me. Overall, the quality of the lessons themselves was good, but the customer service and organization could use improvement. I would rate them as average ⭐️⭐️⭐️.
