J'ai envoyé un e-mail, je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse, laissé des messages vocaux qui n'ont jamais abouti à un appel de retour et même demandé à parler à un responsable. J'ai été mis en contact avec Kevin qui a affirmé qu'il avait besoin du numéro de carte de crédit pour émettre le remboursement, mais c'était en mai et à partir de notre déclaration de juin, il n'y avait pas de crédit de ce type. Le moins que je puisse faire à ce stade est d'informer les autres consommateurs du type d'entreprise avec laquelle ils font affaire lorsqu'ils passent une commande chez Howden.

Cette société essaie de forcer son personnel à porter un nouveau type de hotte de soudage qui n'est pas mandatée par les normes OSHA. Cet équipement est connu pour causer des ecchymoses, des difficultés respiratoires, des difficultés dans l'exécution des tâches, etc. L'entreprise a menacé de licencier quiconque refusait ou s'en plaignait. Bien que de nombreux employés se plaignent de l'équipement, ils ne disent rien par peur de perdre leur emploi car quelques-uns ont déjà été licenciés pour avoir exprimé leurs plaintes. Cette entreprise fait preuve d'une mauvaise gestion et d'un mauvais traitement de ses employés et montre un mépris total pour leur sécurité et leur capacité à effectuer leur travail car cet équipement a clairement ses problèmes et l'entreprise refuse d'agir CORRECTEMENT sur ces problèmes. Je recommande de confier votre entreprise à une entreprise qui traite ses employés mieux qu'une meute de rats.
