IBC s.a.l .; une entreprise privée, fournit des solutions intégrées de pointe pour le traitement le plus efficace des déchets solides mixtes municipaux (MSW par jour). IBC utilise le tri et la séparation mécaniques et le traitement biologique (MBT) basé sur la digestion anaérobie (AD).

L usine IBC de Saida est actuellement capable de récupérer et de traiter 100% du matériel global reçu. Il produit du biogaz qu'il traite et utilise
pour produire de la chaleur et de l’électricité. L'usine est de type Waste to Energy (W2E); et est également une usine zéro déchet, où aucune décharge n'est nécessaire.
