J'ai un périphérique de stockage d'imation. Déjà chargée sur le périphérique de stockage est une application d'imation qui crée une partition sécurisée qui nécessite un mot de passe pour y accéder. Comme fonction de sécurité supplémentaire, si une personne tape un mot de passe incorrect 6 fois, il reformate automatiquement le lecteur ...... Une bonne idée, hein? Ce serait le cas si cela fonctionnait toujours. J'utilise la sécurité supplémentaire tous les jours depuis 2 mois, en tapant le mot de passe correct à chaque fois. Sans raison apparente, le mot de passe n'est plus reconnu. Par conséquent, je ne peux plus accéder aux informations TRÈS importantes que j'ai stockées dans la partition sécurisée. Désormais rejeté 5/6 fois, le prochain mot de passe non accepté entraînera la suppression de mes informations. J'ai contacté imation pour une solution et on m'a dit: "Désolé ........ nous vous suggérons de rechercher un logiciel de récupération de données ou un centre local pour voir si elles peuvent être récupérées." Ils n'avaient même pas de suggestion pour un logiciel de récupération de données ou un autre utilitaire. On m'a dit en gros Désolé, bonne chance, au revoir.
À L'IMATION: À moins que vous ne testiez correctement votre logiciel et que vous découvriez TOUT problème possible, vous feriez mieux d'avoir un utilitaire que les utilisateurs peuvent télécharger pour réinitialiser le compteur de 6 essais sur l'application, ou une autre solution.
