Au cours des 10 dernières années, j'ai été dans le secteur de la verrerie et mon entreprise a commandé à Instawares à quelques reprises et c'est de loin la pire entreprise avec laquelle j'ai jamais traité. Leur service client, principalement Nancy et Michael, est tellement horrible et ils sont très irrespectueux. J'avais besoin de retourner la marchandise qui m'est arrivée en très mauvais état et ils ont refusé de m'aider et ont déclaré qu'ils ne voulaient pas de mon entreprise. J'ai même appelé une fois et Michael a eu le culot de dire très vite qu'ils ne m'aidaient pas et a littéralement raccroché le téléphone! Il m'a raccroché. Ils ne fournissent jamais de suivi et ne sont jamais disposés à aider. Il existe une tonne d'autres sociétés de verrerie chez lesquelles vous pouvez acheter - RESTEZ À L'ÉCART DE CET ENDROIT !!!! Libbey Outlet à Tolède est moins cher et offre également une livraison moins chère.
