Nous avons eu une aide incroyable du support technique Ioline pour configurer notre traceur Ioline. Ces gars-là ont à cœur le service client. Je recommande fortement les produits et l'entreprise.

Je possède deux de ces machines.
Ioline crystal studio: fonctionne TRES MAL et le programme est si mal conçu; le bouton Annuler ne fonctionne même pas sur toutes les actions.
Traceur Ioline: cette imprimante déchiquette le papier. J'ai eu des problèmes avec ce traceur dès le premier jour où je l'ai acheté. Un service client très impoli m'a dit que j'imaginais tous ces problèmes pour découvrir plus tard qu'il y avait effectivement des défauts de conception et j'ai découvert quelques problèmes:
1. le poids de la tige en aluminium est trop léger. On m'a dit de remplir de sable ou de ciment ... à quel poids je ne sais pas.
2. Le repose-papier a été placé sur du métal et il n'y avait pas assez de résistance. Une fois que je l'ai remplacé, la résistance était trop élevée et la barre arrière ne glissait pas vers le bas et se coinçait en haut.
La machine est livrée avec un lubrifiant pour que le papier roule mieux. On m'a dit que c'était aussi un défaut et que je devrais y mettre fin.
Dans l'ensemble, je trouve que cette société ne lance pas de produit prêt pour le marché et résolu correctement
