J'ai eu une conversation récente avec Dan Olson concernant le contrat forcé avec des fournisseurs limités pour ma fosse septique - il a dit qu'il y en avait six dans l'Iowa.

Dan Olson était impoli, arrogant, et son attitude était de quelqu'un avec un muscle supérieur pour forcer un propriétaire à conclure un contrat.

Le contrat qu'il impose en est un pour une inspection de ma fosse septique. Il en coûte environ 500 $ par année pour une inspection. L'inspection de mon système provient d'une entreprise privée (celle dans laquelle je suis obligé d'entrer) et consiste simplement à soulever le couvercle et à regarder le système - PAS PLUS QUE CELA.

J'ai essayé d'expliquer qu'être forcé de conclure un contrat alors qu'il n'y avait pas de marché où négocier ce contrat était fondamentalement contraire à la loi. De sa manière arrogante, il a dit "Quelle loi", j'ai dit que je contacterais le Bureau des procureurs généraux et il a dit "contacter qui vous voulez" "Faites-moi appeler.

Le MRN devrait reconsidérer le contrat de travail de cette personne, Dan Olson. Il ne devrait pas être autorisé à parler ou à traiter les citoyens de cette manière. Il ne doit pas être employé de l’État.
