Mon véhicule est en réparation depuis 5 semaines aujourd'hui, 4 semaines pour obtenir une demande de garantie autorisée et une semaine pour commander des pièces.
Le centre de service client LR m'a dit qu'il organiserait un véhicule de courtoisie le 13 janvier, mais il ne sera disponible que vers la fin de cette semaine. Cependant, après aucun contact cette semaine, j'ai téléphoné pour me faire dire que la personne avec qui j'avais affaire était en congé et qu'aucun véhicule n'était disponible.
Le service client LR est une BLAGUE !!!
En décembre 2019, j'ai acheté une F-Type 2.0 chez JLR Waterford à Fourways. Elle était toute neuve (0 km) mais avait déjà été immatriculée.
Je me suis spécifiquement renseigné sur les intervalles d'entretien et on m'a expliqué que c'était soit un maximum de 26 000 km, soit une fois par an. On m'a également dit que le véhicule m'indiquera quand il aura besoin d'un service. (Mon véhicule précédent a fait de même - un message est apparu sur le tableau de bord pour vous informer qu'il devait être réparé.)
Comme cela fait maintenant un peu moins d'un an que je l'ai acheté, j'ai téléphoné à JLR Centurion (Lazarus Motor Company) pour réserver sa première révision avec un peu plus de 5 000 km au compteur.
J'ai été informé que le véhicule est en retard pour son entretien et qu'il y aurait des frais de pénalité de 2 500 rands. Apparemment, il aurait déjà dû être réparé en juin.
J'ai été informé que le plan d'entretien avait été activé en juin 2019 et que j'aurais dû faire entretenir la voiture avant la fin juin 2020.
J'ai contacté le service client de JLR Afrique du Sud pour essayer de résoudre le problème.
JLR Afrique du Sud m'a informé que c'est dans l'un des nombreux documents que j'ai signé le jour de l'achat. Parce que j'ai signé le document, ils n'ont aucune responsabilité envers moi en tant que client et je devrai payer les frais de pénalité. Le fait qu'aucun rappel de service ne soit apparu semble être commodément ignoré.
Je suis déçu car je n'ai jamais été informé par JLR Waterford ou le véhicule lui-même qu'il aurait dû être entretenu en juin 2020. Sur la base des informations verbales qui m'ont été fournies lorsque je l'ai acheté, je n'étais pas au courant de la date limite de juin. Je me demande donc comment j'ai pu le savoir alors que je travaillais sur la période d'un an à partir de laquelle je l'ai acheté avec 0 kilomètre au compteur.
Il est regrettable que des entreprises telles que JLR SA oublient le service client à une époque où l'économie est faible. Au lieu de construire une relation avec leurs clients, ils semblent préférer les aliéner.
