La climatisation est en panne. De nouveau. 4ème fois en un an. Aucun remboursement pour les autres hébergements. Ne sera pas réparé pendant au moins une semaine. PAS ACCEPTABLE!

Gardien de sécurité de jour très impoli. J'ai eu une livraison de nourriture ici, la cliente est un habitué et descend généralement pour me rencontrer donc ne nous donne pas son numéro d'unité. Aujourd'hui, j'ai essayé de l'appeler comme d'habitude, elle ne répond pas et le gardien de sécurité a très grossièrement demandé ce qu'il pouvait faire pour moi, j'ai expliqué ma situation et il m'a dit que nous devons nous ressaisir et m'a réprimandé pour non. connaître le numéro d'unité. En fin de compte, il m'a aidé en me donnant son numéro d'unité, mais je ne veux plus jamais interagir avec cet homme.

Les tours juives sont la résidence de mon père depuis plusieurs années maintenant. Tous les résidents s'occupent les uns des autres et se traitent comme des membres de la famille. Je remercie Dieu pour cette installation.
