Il nous a menti à plusieurs reprises et a blâmé des tiers pour le retard alors qu'il était de sa responsabilité en tant qu'entrepreneur général de faire avancer le projet. Assurez-vous de mettre un délai dans le contrat avec suffisamment de pénalités pour le faire bouger. Obtenir une offre écrite de sa part est aussi difficile que de le faire rester fidèle à sa parole. Assurez-vous d'avoir un contrat gravé dans la pierre et vérifié par votre avocat avant de vous engager en tant que général ou sous-traitant pour tout travail.
