Je suis vraiment déçu par Kid Kampus après tous les retours positifs que j'ai entendus. Notre enfant n'a pu assister que brièvement à cause de covid et la communication avec le kid kampus depuis lors a été tout simplement horrible. J'ai envoyé plusieurs courriels avec quelques questions pour conclure notre connexion avec kid kampus et je n'ai pas obtenu de réponse. Après avoir attendu 6 semaines, j'ai décidé d'appeler et j'ai été assuré que je recevrais un rappel le même jour. Cela fait maintenant près de 4 semaines et je n'ai toujours pas reçu de réponse. Malheureusement, ce n'est pas un endroit que je pourrais recommander à mes amis car j'apprécie la communication, en particulier depuis une garderie. Il nous reste le sentiment que kid kampus était heureux d'accepter notre argent et maintenant que notre enfant n'a plus pu y assister à cause de covid, il n'est plus intéressé à répondre à des questions.

Ma fille fréquente depuis l'âge de 6 semaines et ils nous ont fait nous sentir tellement aimés et en sécurité. Elle a tellement appris par exemple la langue des signes à l'âge de 1 an. Le personnel est incroyable et adore son travail.
