Le manager ne s'est pas comporté comme un professionnel, si un employé se trompe, le manager est censé aider à résoudre le problème et ne pas traiter les êtres humains comme une personne, il était ridicule

Absolument ridicule la façon dont le propriétaire/gérant s'est comporté dans la vidéo circulant sur les réseaux sociaux. Il n'avait aucune explication raisonnable pour son erreur et son manque de professionnalisme était inacceptable. Sera transmis au siège social.
