Lancaster County Prothonotary's Office Revoir

Pourquoi chaque fois que j'appelle là-bas pour obtenir des informations, je reçois votre messagerie vocale, je laisse un message et vous ne me rappelez jamais. Je veux juste que mon putain de divorce soit définitif, mais personne ne veut m'aider. Cela veut-il dire qu'après 2 ans qui seront le 13 janvier de cette année à venir, et que je n'ai plus besoin de vos bureaux ou de vos services, que vous allez me rembourser? Soyez digne de votre chèque de paie, je suis un contribuable donc j'y contribue. Quand les gens vous appellent, ce n'est pas pour le plaisir. Fais ton travail. Renvoyer les appels.

Je suis allé faire renouveler mon passeport. Il est beaucoup plus facile de terminer tout le processus que le bureau de poste pour simplement obtenir un rendez-vous.

J'essayais de lire les règles du protonotaire pour le dépôt électronique, ce qui m'a fait sortir du site et a produit un message d'erreur. Cela rend les choses très difficiles lorsque les liens ne fonctionnent pas. Cela améliorerait peut-être l'expérience en testant constamment les liens pour s'assurer qu'ils continuent à fonctionner comme annoncé.

Mon bureau a passé 4 appels téléphoniques au cours des deux derniers jours et je n'ai pas pu parler à une personne en direct, ils ont laissé deux messages vocaux et n'ont reçu aucun rappel. Je veux simplement commander une copie certifiée conforme de la dernière commande émise par l'État de Pennsylvanie pour l'un de mes clients ici au Texas. C'est terriblement peu professionnel.
