J'ai un pied cassé et je suis donc allé chez Rexall à Oak Ridges pour acheter une botte la plus aérée. Le Sprint Air Boot de LandMark Medical System était le seul aircast vendu, nous l'avons donc acheté. C'était une botte courte dans la taille large. Après moins d'une semaine, la pompe s'est cassée et l'airbag du coffre a explosé. Ce n'était pas non plus comme si je l'avais trop pompé, car je l'ai mis le matin et je l'ai pompé une fois. Je suis retourné à Rexall et ils n'avaient qu'une longue et grande botte. J'ai dû faire face aux tracas pendant environ 6 jours, ce qui ne semble pas si grave, mais c'était terrible. L'airbag des bottes fuyait, les capuchons de la pompe à air tombaient constamment et je devais aller les chercher (la botte courte faisait cela aussi) et c'était juste un gâchis chaud qui démangeait. Le velcro a commencé à tomber et j'ai fini par envoyer un e-mail à LandMark. Je dois dire que j'ai été impressionné par l'excellent service client. Ils ont envoyé une nouvelle botte courte et la plus aérée au Rexall à Oak Ridges, et je l'ai depuis quelques jours maintenant. C'est ainsi que j'ai traversé un total de 3 bottes aircast en moins de 2 semaines. En fin de compte, j'opterais toujours pour cette botte, même avec tous ces tracas. J'ai regardé d'autres bottes disponibles après la deuxième botte, et la plupart d'entre elles utilisent une pompe à main qui n'est pas attachée à la botte, ce qui est encore plus compliqué, surtout si vous la perdez.
