J'ai commandé une carte il y a un mois, le support ne répond ni par numéro ni par mail, du coup, de l'argent est gaspillé. Je ne conseille pas de perdre du temps et des nerfs avec cet opérateur. J'ai paniqué et j'ai acheté le package de vie le plus simple. Le bureau britannique a dit que ce sont vos problèmes, que l'opérateur ne répond pas et a refusé d'aider d'une manière ou d'une autre
