Un client individuel arrive, a besoin d'une impression non standard avec une découpe et organise un e-mail concernant les détails de la commande. Tout semble être beau, mais plus tard, il s'avère qu'il a correspondu avec quelqu'un de complètement différent (malade, sans drogue) et la commande est exécutée par un autre employé. Tant qu'il se limitait à l'adresse e-mail - gentiment - face à face - service désagréable, voire grossier. Je ne vais pas faire part de doutes au client - l'employé est revendicatif et agressif envers le client (sur le principe "tu as quelque chose pour moi?"). Il a laissé une bonne éducation à la maison, traite les clients "de la chaussure" et aimerait montrer son majeur, que quelqu'un veut quelque chose du tout et en plus laisse de l'argent pour cela. Un peu étrange, à moins que vous ne vouliez "remonter les affaires" rapidement. Je ne recommande pas.
