Il n'était pas seulement non professionnel par carrément impoli. Il a pointé des doigts à quelques centimètres du visage de mes invités et les a insultés à leur visage.
J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une audience avec Ryan et Mark après l'incident. Les deux sont de véritables bons gars, mais je n'ai pas pu accéder à ma demande d'un nouveau personnel de direction pour travailler dans ce bâtiment particulier. Méfiez-vous simplement, si vous louez une propriété, de vérifier correctement le personnel après les heures d'ouverture et la personne qui est supposée être en charge de la gestion de l'immeuble.
